BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Considered to be one of the most effective martial arts in the world, the main objective of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is to force your opponent to give up (to submit) by applying locks to the joints or chokes. A fighter can also win on points where the point system favours more dominant positions. Training sessions are conducted in a uniform called a gi wearing a belt according to your grade. The first belt for new students is white colour.

NOGI

In nogi you train BJJ without wearing the uniform, a gi, having the same objective as in the BJJ - to force your opponent to submit by applying a variety of techniques. Training is conducted wearing a rashguard and shorts or spats. The rule set can differ from the BJJ.
